Once your package has been received, you have 4 days to confirm acceptance of the item.

If the item does not suit you, you can suspend the transaction and return it to your seller (return costs at your expense). Once the return has been confirmed by the seller, the transaction is canceled and fully refunded.

Without any news from you, the transaction is definitively finalized after 4 days.
