What is the service fee for? 

 

The service fee is used to run the platform. This includes secure payment, delivery note, access to customer service in case of any issues and our built-in messaging service. 

 

Placing an ad is completely free of charge for private sellers.
Professional sellers are subject to an 8% commission on the price of the item, including tax.

 

The service fees are:

 

• 15% under 20€
• 13% from €20 to €50
• 12% from €50 to €100
• 11% from €100 to €200
• 9% from €200 to €400
• 8% from €400 to €600
• 7% from €600 to €1000
• 6% above €1000

Who pays the shipping costs?

 

The buyers are responsible for the shipping costs. The fees are paid at checkout. These shipping costs are automatically calculated by the system according to the size of the product to be shipped.
