How to cancel your order before the package is shipped

 

Cancellation of the order can only be done by the seller. You can ask the seller for a cancellation directly in the thread of the built-in messenger.

Can I cancel my order once it has been shipped? 

 

Once the package is dropped off at the relay point, cancellation is no longer possible. Once the package is in transit with the delivery company, it will be forwarded to its final destination. 

 

To cancel your order, you must receive the package. Once you have received it, you can put the transaction on hold and return it to your seller (return shipping costs at your expense). 

Once the return is confirmed by the seller, the transaction is cancelled and refunded in full.
