How do I use my wallet?
Once your sale is completed (item delivered and accepted by your buyer), the amount of your sale is immediately available in your wallet.
You can transfer the money from your wallet to your bank account at any time.
At the time of your first transfer, an ID is requested to secure your account and you will need to add your IBAN to make the exchanges 100% secure.
I can't add my bank account?
In accordance with French law and in order to secure the platform, we must verify your identity to add your IBAN.
This procedure takes a few moments and only needs to be done the first time.
Please have your IBAN and an ID ready:
- Passport ID page (photo, date of birth, etc.).
- Front side of Driver’s permit (photo, date of birth, etc.).
- National identification card front + back.
Go to My Account > Wallet > Add a bank account Enter your bank details, upload your ID. Our partner verifies and validates your bank account in a few minutes.
Your documents must be:
- Complete and clearly visible (no reflections or fingers on the document)
- Identical to your account information (first name, last name, date of birth)
- Currently valid
