I bought this thing on Etsy. It has no brand. It's a women's size medium. I'm 5'9" and 135 lbs and it fits me perfectly. But it isn't waterproof, it's more for show. It sparkles like you are covered in 1000 diamonds on the slopes. But it won't last long.
